glen12_09 0 Posted October 3, 2013 hi i know that people with dui charges dont qualify for deferred action but yes i got stopped for drinking and spent one nite in jail but when i went to court all the charges were dropped im guessing due to the fact that my alcohol level was only 0.06 and not 0.08.... the only thing i did get was a fine for driving without a license and making a wrong turn which i have already paid off..... i had talked to a cet person they said i do qualify since my record does show why i got stopped but i dont have a dui on my record if anyone was some enlightenment for me thank you so much Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
jaymun86 7 Posted October 3, 2013 I think you might be fine. I got a dui when I was 16 I got my record sealed I'm 26 now. I spoke with several lawyers before I applied and I was told that I would be ok. You were not actually charged, I am not a lawyer so I would seek legal advice before doing anything just to cover all your bases.
