CrikaRika 1 Posted October 9, 2013 hi everyone my name is erika and i been reading all your post for months now but since i was using my phone it was weird to use the site. well im 27 years old and have been living in texas since i was 4 years old. i went to school here and graduated high school in 2004. ive been married to a us citizen for over 10 years and daca has been my only oppurtinity to even get some sort of right to be in the us. every lawyer we talked to told us that since i came in without inspection and have no kids the only way to become a resident is by going to juarez and thats a big scary hells no for us . so i just been waiting hoping the laws would change in my favor, so i was so exited to apply for daca. i was pregnant in august 2012 and on bed rest so i didnt want to apply then so i wouldnt waste months of my 2 year permit by not working or going to school since i was not allowed off my bed. well unfortunately i lost my baby in december so i went thru a really hard time and didnt apply till may. it got received may 16 and did my biometrics june 17. i got an rfe september 19. asking for proof for 2007 2010 2011 2012. i had sent very little things for those years because i didnt have anything with my name. and lots of letters from friends and family,well ive had a bank account since 2006 so i looked online and printed out all my bank statements for those years and i like to shop so it shows alot of transactions i also sent in my xbox live info since im always buying shows there. question is do you guys think thats enough proof cause i really dont have anything else to send them. so now im just waiting for an answer from them fingers crossed its enough. sorry for the ramble lol Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Theresa 63 Posted October 9, 2013 For every year show a statement every three months from June 15, 2012 to the time you sent your packet.
