HEY GUYS IM NEW TO THIS WEBSITE MY NAME IS SEBASTIAN SUAREZ AND I LIVE IN ATLANTA  IM ORIGINALLY FROM COLOMBIA I HAVE APPLIED FOR THE DACA SINCE MARCH  6 AND I PASSED MY 6 MONTHS WAITING PERIOD IM NOW WAITING 7 MONTHS AND 10 DAYS

 

THEY SENT ME A RFI  (REQUEST FOR MORE INFORMATION)  NOT A RFE!

 

IVE GOT STOP FOR DRIVING FOR NO LICENCE AND GOT A SMALL MISDEMEANOR 

 

I SENT IT AND THEY RECEIVED IT SEP 25 2013 IM STILL WAITING  ANY ONE KNOWS WHY THEY TAKING SOO LONG IM KINDA SCARED IMA GET DENIED

You should be ok, just make sure you send the information in a timely manner. Don't worry about the time line. I waited 8 months before getting approved and some people waited a year or still waiting. Hopefully yours does not take that long but you can also be approved any day so don't lose hope. It will come. Good luck

I'll give you exact dates when I get home and look at my paper work but my recipt states that they recived my paperwork on Feb. 28 so that's my official start date.

Hi, if you don't mind me asking what was your misdemeanor? The reason i am asking is because I got a misdemeanor too but it was back 2007 and I am scared I will get declined . Mine was a DUI   but I had the ticket expunged. My start date is April 2013 and I have been waiting for 8 months now...
