I Need Help! How Can I Prove I Was Here On June 15, 2012?

I got a letter in the mail that said all i need is evidence that i was here on June 15. 2012. I have nothing under my name. I had no job. The only thing i have to prove that i was here on that date is my Facebook post. Is that enough evidence? i feel like it might not be and i'm starting to get frustrated with finding evidence. I heard you can get  notarized letters from friends and family that says i was here on that date. Please help?

I got an RFE for evidence as well and I sent electric bills, ebay, paypal. I guess someone had said once if the picture on FB has a date stamp you can send that too. Have you tried asking someone from church to write a letter?

USCIS will not accept affidavits as proof of satisfying the following guidelines:

• You are currently in school, have graduated or obtained a certificate of completion from high school, have obtained a general education development certificate, or are an honorably discharged veteran from the Coast Guard or Armed Forces of the United States;
• You were physically present in the United States on June 15, 2012;
• You came to the United States before reaching your 16th birthday;
• You were under the age of 31 on June 15, 2012; and
• Your criminal history, if applicable.

 

 

 

You can't submit affidavits to prove that you were here on June 15, 2012, although, perhaps if you can get letters from a church, or a business or some other place besides from a friend of family member, they might work.

Do you remember what you were doing that day? Do you have any tickets or receipts of purchases w your name?

UR FACEBOOK POST WONT DO U ANY GOOD SINCE FACEBOOK IS WORLD WIDE U HAVE TO TRY AND FIND ANYTHING ELSE LIKE A BILL SCHOOL RECORDS WILL BE GOOD

I found a bank statement but no transactions for that date. It has transactions for June 13 and 17 2012. Would this work as evidence?

Yes that would be good proof of you being here since you could get the bank to print you a statement for June and July so they see you were here on a continuous basis. If you can find one more piece of evidence like amazon activity or a purchase it would be awesome.
