I have applied to get insurance thru the market place bc I have a very serious pre existing condition, and as soon as I put down how much I make, they offered assistance from the government. So, I filled out that application and now have to wait to hear back...but when I filled it out, they gave an option to put down the C33 code, which is the DACA code...but I have heard that they deny those applications bc they have it there as option, but have no knowledge of what it is...so when the denial comes back, you have to take it upon yourself to look for a health center for latinos and see if the people there can get your stuff approved. I mean, you can get insurance, bc you will pay for it..obviously, but you have to kind of push it. That is all I can tell you so far from my experience. I am waiting now 4 more weeks to maybe get an answer from them bc I need insurance very badly. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
