I need proof that i was here 2007 2009 2011 2012 i basically got 11and 12 ,in 09 i opened my bank account on aug is that enough evidence for that year? and in 2007 i was in school grad in 2008 a letter from school works? i tried to get a letter from work but no luck i ask a supervisor to make one and they said yea would that be enough worked there from 07 till 11 and have team members travel logged online from 11

I think you should definitely show the evidence that you opened a bank account in 09. If you have any receipts, check stubs or deposit slips from the bank that would help a lot.

 

The school you graduated from or school district should be able to provide you with your school record. A copy of your high school diploma should help too. 

 

A letter from work would help also. If they can't make you one they maybe you can try with acquaintances of yours to help you out with that. Make sure they provide contact information, i.d., and having the letters notarized helps also.

 

Try to gather as much evidence as possible.

In my case I used Bank Statements which I was able to download and print out myself. However, you may be able to see statements from only the past 3 years but if you contact the bank customer service you can get the statements from previous years at an additional cost. School: request you school transcripts you may only pay a small fee to have them pull out for you. Work: paystubs and a letter from your boss showing dates since when you started working up until the present that also works

yea i went to the bank and requested it but since i opened late 09 would it still be valid for the whole year? my old job is scared to get fined by immigration. but am going to ask former managers

My apartment manager wrote me a letter stating the years I've been living there.
