gsanchez 2 Posted October 28, 2013 Hello everyone, I came here as a resort to get some help from other fellow deferred actions applicants. I am 22 years old, reside in Southern California and have been here since the age of 5. I've had my entire education here. Never been convicted of a felony or misdemeanor. I have a clean record. I'm turning in my application in the next upcoming weeks but I just have a few questions, just to make sure that I have everything sorted. From what I understand, I must have proof that I have been here since my arrival and not left from every year since I got here up until now. I have all my school records up until 2009 (when I graduated HS) and then it becomes a bit difficult. I got a job (using a fake SS) in 2010 at the mall. It was only seasonal so I was only there from Nov10-Feb 12. I have a couple bank statements and some paycheck stubs that I'm thinking of using as proof, so one of my questions would be, would me using a fake SS number affect my approval for DACA? To be completely honest, that is my biggest fear, that I won't get approved because I've used a fake ss. I started working again in Oct of 2012 and still working up until this day. I don't pay any bills at my house other than my phone bill so I don't have anything else under my name other than my bank statements and paycheck stubs, which is what I plan on using as proof. What else can I use as proof? Also, is anyone else in the process of turning in their application? I would love to have a pal so we can motivate each other and not get discouraged through the process. ANY help would be greatly appreciated, thank you in advance! Heisenberg2 34 Posted October 29, 2013 It's ok if you used a fake SSN , just explain it. Did you pay taxes for those months worked ? If you did send copies of the taxes too. Good luck!!!
Theresa 63 Posted November 4, 2013 You'll be fine I have heard this one over and over and they have come through. Make sure that you write NONE on the application where it asks "any social security numbers used" ( they are asking for social security numbers given to you by the social security administration only) not fake ones
