asuarez1985 7 Posted November 5, 2013 Hello, On Sept. 5 I received a RFE from USCIS which I responded to on Oct. 9 and which they received on Oct. 11. It has been almost a month since I got an email from USCIS telling me that they had received all the additional information they had requested. What now? I know they told me that it will take a minimum of 60 days for me to get a decision on my case but I am not so sure since a lot of people have to wait longer than that after they submitted their RFE's. Can anybody tell me if they had to send and RFE and how long did you have to wait to get a decision on your case? You think you've been waiting very long dude look at my timeline below! I've been waiting 14 months and still waiting to hear back from Nebraska service center. I haven't received a RFE Or any type of notice on my case they received my cases on August 23,2012 and I'm still waiting. Just wait and have patience like the rest of us. iamMari2013 8 Posted December 11, 2013 Sorry you feel this way.... but many of us have been waiting for a long time too! Some wait 3 months, others wait 6 months or more! It's suppose to be 4-6 months but that's BS. I have been waiting for 8 months and I still have not heard back from USCIS. Some days my patience are really low, other days I say F*** it I have been waiting for a long time already mine as well be positive and wait a little more.
