TheGame1990 17 Posted November 21, 2013 For me i had to go on the day, month, and time it said for me to go in because i seen some one go the same day i went on and they had to leave cuz hey was two weeks early but every state is different call and ask if you can im sure they can tell you if you can or can not. the guy who did my papers was nice.
