Approx Daca Timelines?

Hello everyone, I'll be turning in my application this weekend from California, I was just wondering what the recent timelines have been for anyone that has submitted their apps lately? Or anyone that is playing the waiting game and needs a buddy by their side for motivation any information would be greatly appreciated!

Hey GSanchez...i applied on October and had my Biometrics recently on Nov. 19th. I guess for me is time for the waiting game so we'll see how long it takes me to get approved or denied. I live in California as well and my case in in Nebraska.

There is no definite timeline, everyone's will be different. There's been various applicants who applied and were accepted within a weeks, others gave surpassed a years worth of waiting.

I applied in Nov 2012 and got accepted in April 2013, it included one RFE.

RFE RECEIVED BY USCIS:  NOV 20 ,2013 WAS SIGNED FOR AND PICKUP

Date of EAD Approval: Nov 26, 2013   (Today )
Date of EAD Received:pending 

 

i fiiled out the application on July 30, 2013 at a passport place  that help you fill out the application but u have to pay them $120  to help u .That price is way better than a lawyer that i couldn't afford. I had call the customer service line on Nov 5, 2013 and the lady had told me that it has't been my six months wait.  so i still have a could months to go... i was so shocked the next day I got text saying my case was updated so i checked it said my  RFE sent out and i felt alot better that ment someone was looking at my application. so i got my RFE.. i gather all the info they wanted  and send it back to them. and today i got a text saying my case was updated and signed  in to  my account  and it said card / document production then 2 hours later i got another text and it said to  check  your case status and  it said i was approved.   For anyone  that is sending in there application soon or doing there application there self  send stuff from this year too 2013  thats  what i did wrong too cause i didnt know i needed it.!!!

Everyone is different my friend sent her application on June 4 2013.I sent my mine on agust 29 2013 I already got approved and she still waiting, also they ask her for more evidence. Good luck and hope you get approved soon

And I filled out my husbands app by myself with the help of this forum.

and it maybe that we were lucky that we didn't have to pay for lawyers or anyone else just the regular fee for the bio and stuff but I for sure think that God was by our side. Good Luck on your process through DACA. I hope everything goes as smoothly and as fast as my husbands did.
