Manny 2 Posted December 2, 2013 Hello everyone, I had a question regarding the I-765 Worksheet; here's the deal: My brother is currently employed and has been employed by the same company for the past 5 years. His starting annual income was in the order of 20,000 USD. He is currently making about 50,000 USD anually, based on his 2012 income tax report. His expenses are about 15,000 USD anually. I am trying to help him send in his applications and evidence but I came across the worksheet and I hesitated because I'm not sure on what grounds the USCIS considers "establishing financial need." My case is very different; I make about 7,000 USD annually and have expenses of 10,000 USD due to school and what not, so I definitely have a case for establishing the need to work. I believe that my brother does, too, however. Has anyone had an experience similar to this? Does your actual income/expense ratio affect your chances of being approved or denied? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Theresa 63 Posted December 3, 2013 Form I-765 worksheet Part 3. I am currently working fulltime to pay for my living expenses. I provide entirely for myself: rent, transpirtation, food, and bills, etc. However, I am at high risk of losing my job because I don't have work authorization. I applying for a work permit under Deffered Action to be able to keep my job and hopefully obtain a degree in the near future. I really hope to be considered to be able to make a better future for myself and advance professionally. Remember to stablish continuous presence in chronological order; 2 passport photos and money order of $465 made out to U.S DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY paper clipped to the cover letter 1. Forms G-1145, I-765 worksheet, I-765 application, I-821 2. Passport or matricula 3. Birth certificate with notarized translation 4. High School Diploma, GED or proof of attending school towards high school diploma 5. Proof of presence in the USA on June 15,2012 6. Proof of presence in the USA on June 15, 2007 7. One document per trimester from July 2007 up to the time you send the application 8. Proof that you were in the USA before your 16th Birthday 9. One document every year from the time you came to the USA to 2006 And don't write any fake social security numbers where it's asking for any used. They are asking for any ssn given by the social security administration only. Try to google a DACA cover letter to customize for you and put it on the front of all pages. Make copy of all docs/evidence you will send for your records 2 Manny and Heisenberg2 reacted to this
