iamMari2013 8 Posted December 13, 2013 I work for a real estate agent in CA, however, you should go with an agent in your city. Most realtors have many connections with many different lenders. And different lenders have different programs. You just might be able to buy... Usually to get a home loan you need to prove income for 2 years, so they will ask for your (2) year taxes, pay stubs and bank statements. Once they have that they will be able to pre-qualify you. But I think they need to run your credit score...and if you never had credit it will be a little complicated..but don't get discouraged, like I mentioned before different banks have different programs.
