chris_oswaldo96 0 Posted December 14, 2013 I am really stressed out right now. My counselor at school doesn't know how to do anything. I am the only undocumented student in class, and it seems like I am going to have to figure out everything on my own. I was accepted for DACA months ago and now I am a senior and applying for colleges. CSU Monterrey Bay sent me an e-mail telling me that I need to have my residency reviewed and that I had to apply for the AB540 thing. Do we have to send in evidence for that? Im really lost and I dont know what to do. They said it would be good to "consult with a legal advisor". Here are the Residency Questions - http://csumb.askadmissions.net/admin/Communications/ClickThru.aspx?qs=rhkeiBi0hxSdkjX9XhPkWsnEFMwq2tVqdnaNfS%2bSOzCqGp%2bcY8cfY2aUa3MS882mw0cp%2b2%2bFJ0Y%3d Here is the nonresident tuition exemption form - http://csumb.askadmissions.net/admin/Communications/ClickThru.aspx?qs=rhkeiBi0hxSdkjX9XhPkWtUKMOn%2bM%2fSC%2bCLAND7e%2b%2bJEVW8ugimxW8fQbNnX4OEA3hSEUTjUkbM%3d Some things I can't even answer, Please help
Heisenberg2 34 Posted December 15, 2013 You send evidence if the form asks you to do. The residence questionnaire doesn't need to so don't send anything unless the form says so. I had to fill out both, so just do it and then they will send you a letter saying that you might need to send proof of anything. If you need more help let me know!! Good Luck!!
