edguez 0 Posted March 16, 2014 I applied bk in may, bios around july2013, my atty is Charles kuck, which supposed to be the best around here, and yet no answer, they send me a letter telling me they are deliverating, dated jan31,2014, I have to wait at least another 45 days from jan 31 to contact them again, so my atty says, also the lock down bak In nov/dec will slow down every process at least antoher 1.5 monts more, so I was expecting my response late dec, plus 1.5 months, that makes it mid feb, so I guess we have to hang in there, patience,
claudiap2012 0 Posted July 30, 2014 I had my fingerprints taken on July 5th 2013, and to this day I have not heard from immigration. Has anyone waited this long from them???
Judy 0 Posted August 11, 2014 Claudiap2012, After my biometrics, I had to wait about 2 months to get approved, so I suggest you just wait patiently. The next nofication you should get from USCIS is your approval/denied or if you get RFE.

I am very nervous because it feels like my life has been on pause for the longest time so this is the only chance I have to live with less fear. I hope everyone here can help me. I was wondering if there are people from Utah here

ViK 7 Posted June 2, 2016 Make sure you entered the correct one. If you're having issues still. I suggest going back to where you took the biometrics appointment & talking to someone in person.
