Letter: NJ Dream Act a good start on two issues NJ.com To the Editor: Gov. Chris Christie signing the New Jersey version of the “Dream Act” on Dec. 20 was a great victory for all young people who may be technically undocumented, but have grown up in our state and deserve the same opportunities as their peers.
