Is they any other programs that might be able to help me. I really want to go to college but at this current moment i dont have any money to be paying. Heisenberg2 34 Posted February 16, 2014 well I know that California has the California Dream Act, I believe other states have their own dream act as well, not sure if New England does. cheated 20 Posted February 25, 2014 i could be wrong but i think there's financial aid available in california but there's probably something in the rules that requires living in the state for some time.. don't quote me on that tho.. just a hunch.. but actually i was posting to congratulate you on finally getting your cards in the mail! im so happy to see this go thru after what you've been thru.. i haven't logged on here in a while and i was coming back to check on those including you who waited so long compared to the average wait.
