Radicalson12 0 Posted March 3, 2014 So USCIS received my application on June 10, 2013. Its been 9 months and my application still has not gotten a response. It's still on INTIAL REVIEW. I have created 2 Service request so far, I did not receive a response for the second service request. I called in today trying to make the third service request but they told me I had to email USCIS and wait 21 days for a respond. I've heard their is some other ways to get your case reviewed. So if some one can explain to me a method or help me out I would thank you a lot! God bless. Last thing I did was my finger prints.I received my receipt number. My application is in Nebraska. jaime7815702 1 Posted April 26, 2014 Don't worry I am sure you guys are going to be approve .... I know is not easy but be patient... I thought I was never going to be approved after 10 month and one week I got it. I think I was going crazy...but for some odd reason Nebraska service it's super slow so I heard. Check the online case status...and trust 5 days after you get approved you will get your work permit!!
