JoseG 383 Posted September 13, 2012 If you have ever filed paperwork with USCIS in the past, they would assign you an Alien Registration Number, which starts with an A. If you don't have one, you can put your I-94 number (if you have one) Read Question 11. That goes along with "Which USCIS office?" and "Results (Granted or Denied - attach all documentation)" If you answer "Yes" to question 11, then you fill out those spots.
