jerriarielle225 2 Posted April 18, 2014 ny lawyer said he sent the evidence out April 8th but I have yet to recieve any Notification. USCiS updated my case March 18th but i didn't know till April 7th. I know if they don't recieve the evidence in a certain period of time that they deny your case. What should i do?? holdingon2promise 25 Posted April 19, 2014 I think it's about time you called them. I called the just to figure my bio-date, they are SUPER FRIENDLY they got my my date asap. jerriarielle225 2 Posted April 22, 2014 So i called immigration and they told me i should get a response in 60 days but i still haven't got a notification saying they got my evidence. I'm not gonna wait for 60 days just to find out they never got it and i end up getting denied... What should i do.
