Do you guys know if I'm still able to apply for deferred action ? I wasn't able to apply when it first came out. But now I'm ready.

i believe, i did. so far they haven't requested anything. i sent my ged, college transcript, bank statement, gym statement, medical immunization that dates back to 87  and passport so on.
