shoegal 0 Posted May 19, 2014 Hi everyone,I received this RFE letter todayhttps://www.dropbox.com/s/t7ys88ubljeio7b/Scan.jpegI answered no to being arrested and charged because I was never charged, I was only in the car with someone who ended up being charged. The only reason I was taken into custody was because I was with the person. When they released me, I got a copy of a notice from the police dept signed by the releasing officer that I was released without charge. I was going to send them a copy of that along with this letter.https://www.dropbox.com/s/bjyrrhjjsc...34.31%20PM.pngDo you guys think that's what I should do? Tori 38 Posted May 20, 2014 Go to the court office and ask for a paper stating that you were never charged. I was arrested for shoplifting in 2011, booked, and never charged. My lawyer asked for me to provide the court doc stating I was never charged. I provided the doc as evidence in my initial package submission. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
