LeonBarba 0 Posted June 3, 2014 I send my application, on September 13 2012 I waited for a month and I went to do my biometrics, after that everything was perfect until I got a letter on the mail, on November 13 2012, telling me that my evidence for the year 2010 was not enough, I pay 2000 for a lawyer "big mistake" she did do nothing she took my money and waited just like me, well I collect all my evidence and I send them all my proves, after that its been a year and 10months and still haven't got approve, I call them every 90days they keep sending me latters a week after I call them, saying that my case is pending and that if in 90 days I don't get an answer to call them back again, I wait for 90 days call them back and, I get the same latter over and over, my question if someone can help, is what can I do? waiting4ever 0 Posted July 17, 2014 Pretty much same story with me. I applied September of 2012. They asked for a request for evidence, and I replied around November/December of 2012. It is now July 2014!!!! It will be 2 years in a couple of months.. very frustrated with this process, I have a lawyer actively notifying the Nebraska center.. All they manage to reply is that it is in the background process.. I'm just tired of waiting, I want closure to this case.. bad or good.. I have no criminal history whatsoever, I should have been an incredibly easy application.. whatever happened, I don't know.. I guess hang in there, apparently I am not the only one.
