God_why_m3 19 Posted June 5, 2014 Hey Tori. I just looked at the link and I'm a little bit confused! It says for renew requestors that you don't need to submit new documents. So my question is, are we suppose to submit new documents or do we use the old ones when we first applied? I'm confused with that part. Thanks

Thanks You don't need to submit any documents with the I-821D application unless, You have new documents involving removal proceedings or criminal history that you did not already submit to USCIS in a previously approved DACA request. 1 God_why_m3 reacted to this

Thanks, Jose. So all we have to do is file the I-821D with the I-765 form and worksheet. It's basically doing it all over again with out the documents.. Just the biometrics, fingerprinting and like Itzel said passport pics
itzel 336 Posted June 6, 2014 And don't forget they want copy of your current EAD front & back...as if they don't have it in the system.... 1 Heisenberg2 reacted to this
