suprelica 0 Posted June 6, 2014 hello everyone, im new to the forum and congrats to all the people who have been approved. i would like to start by saying that after months and months of thinking about applying for DACA, i finally went ahead and mailed my application on June 2, 2014 and was received the next day. But, now i'm getting worried.... because as a juvenile, i was arrested for breaking into a student store with a few friends at a school. i didn't lie in the application and i submitted an extra sheet explaining what had happened. it turns out the school didn't press charges, but i did receive some community service and a year probation. i also mailed a letter that i got from the court that said i had no criminal record though. however, im also worried about the bio-metrics because at the time of the arrest i was finger printed..... i know i qualify under everything else, but this issue with my past is whats worrying me now. does anyone know of anyone that had something similar to my situation and that got approved? any info would help. thanks!
