haha9898 0 Posted June 21, 2014 Hey guys so I'm about to start my freshman year this fall 2014 and I read the DACA requirement to have that status for a year. However, they also said that is because of the Virginia in state requirements for tuition. I've been living in Virginia for 10 years now and am going to a Virginia University, so do I still have to wait a year to get in-state? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
