sept 06 0 Posted July 15, 2014 Hi, I applied in sept 2012. I got REF for 2010 and 2011 and also my online HS was not accepted. but thankfully I did my GED. I sent my REF in june 2014 and I got email yesterday that they denied my case. I don't know why they denied my case. I have no criminal record. I had final order of deportation in 2009 for not going to court date, but they did not ask me anything about that on REF. I'm still waiting for the denial letter to come.
