Just sent my application 2 days ago, I'm so excited but at the same time 1000 questions are on my mind making me crazy, I sent my application to Dallas, I live in Utah, I wanted to know if anyone else is from Utah and if please explain to me the rest of the process, also if you get a appointment foe the fingerprints and you know you don't have anything bad on it. Theresa 63 Posted July 24, 2014 1. What happens when an application is sent to the wrong filing location? The Lockbox facilities forward applications to the correct Lockbox facility. If the application is not processed by a Lockbox facility, it is returned to the customer. If customers or their representatives have specific cases where this is not happening, please provide details to [email protected] and we will make any required corrections.
