miamibeachAndres 0 Posted July 31, 2014 My Daca application was recieved on march 3, 2014. I am still under initial review..been 5 months now...I'm a bit worried... I had 3 underage drinking citations from the ages of 17-19. Other than that I am a perfect daca applicant...... So I have important questions to ask. Is it a big issue that i am working illegally at a restaurant right now? I am using my fathers social security number. Also, is there anyway i can open a bank account? The only ID i have is an Italian passport...nothing else....any help or advice would be amazing. P.s. it feels great to find a community of people on my boat...sometimes it feels like the world is against me, so it's nice to meet you guys and feel like I'm a part of something. holdingon2promise 25 Posted August 5, 2014 I know how that feels. My sister told me that this group existed, so I joined. Happy I did too. As far as the work history is concerned, since it's your dad's ssn it's your dad working at the restaurant. As for a bank account, unless you have your own ssn it may be hard to get a bank account. Now for the underage drinking, it can delay your time line but I would not worry. I will do a service check and see what's going on.
