Dsantana what Service Center is you case at! this week a read some were aproved and they went to their bios on Nov 1! but all of them are from Cali SErvice center! Good Luck! Outasight 2 Posted December 3, 2012 Guys i have a serious question. so on my deferred action case status it says approved but on the Employment application, its still on initial review. any ideas what this means or is it USCIS not updating the case status. im going to attach some pictures.
