hopefulsoul 0 Posted August 6, 2014 Hi I was wondering how many of you have been approved for deferred action having shoplifting on your record and to what degree. Tori 38 Posted August 11, 2014 I was booked for shoplifting in 2011 but the charges were never filed. With my DACA app I sent in a court doc showing my record and that the charges were never filed. Approved after 5 months. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
