eenajera 0 Posted August 14, 2014 Howdy, this is my first post. But I was looking online for anyone else who has been going through this very long and tedious process of getting approved. My timeline is as follows: I-821D filed on 10/23/12 Biometrics on 11/26/12 I was asked for more evidence in Feb/March 2013 Evidence received on 05/03/13 ... still waiting. It has almost been two years since I have filed. My lawyer doesn't know what is going on, considering he has had other applicants with criminal histories and much more of a complicated past and they have already been approved months after their biometrics. He and I have both been constantly calling USCIS and requesting status updates as well as checking online and requesting for more information on there. So I'm wondering if there are other people out there who have been waiting for almost two years for their approvals?
Theresa 63 Posted August 16, 2014 Have you call them to ask for service request?
eenajera 0 Posted August 26, 2014 I have asked for numerous service requests at least once every two months (because they will only let you submit one request per month or so). Even when I had called to ask for myself they said I had received a reply from them less than a month prior to that call and I would have to call again after.
