I Haven't Received My New Gc. Help!

Hi everyone,

 

I received my Notice of Action on June 9 and have Biometric appointment scheduled in June 27. But I went early on June 23 to get Biometric done. Since then I haven't received any mail or notice. I need my new GC in possession before going to Basic Training for Navy. How long I have to wait to get notice about my case? My recruiter wrote a letter for me, hope that they will expedite my processing, so i may have my GC before leaving to Basic Training. I still have the letter on me. Will they process faster, if I give this letter and talk to the people in USCIS center? If so, Do I have to make an appointment or just walk in early morning. Thank You.
