DO WE HAVE TO DO THE PREPAPRES SECTION IF WERE DOING IT BY OUR SELF? ALSO WHERES THE 3 PLACES WE HAVE TO SIGN I ONLY SEE 2?

if your filling up ur papers make sure u sign ur I-765 AND I-821D only if you filled up everything.(PART 5.requestor's certification) and at the end sign PAGE 7 OF 7 too those r the three i signed. hope that helps.
