When people look at this thread it should give people some more insight on what to expect and long it should take on average.

Here is my timeline. Hopefully the approval comes next and not an RFE!

Date Application Sent - September 4, 2012

The Lockbox the application was sent to - Phoenix, AZ

Mailing Method (Express, priority, certified) etc. - UPS Ground Commercial

Date delivered - September 6, 2012 signed by ARNDT

Date of acceptance e-mail or text received (G-1145) - September 10, 2012

Service Center application was sent to - California

Date of I-797C Notice of Action (Receipt) - September 12, 2012

Date Biometrics Appointment Notice received - September 15, 2012

Date of Biometrics Appointment - October 4, 2012 @ Riverside, CA

Biometrics Done on September 21, 2012 @ Riverside, CA

Date of I-797D Received(Application Approved Notice and EAD card) - Pending

I'm guessing something popped up either during the criminal check or the background checks that they need to look into.

Date Application Sent - October 11

Date of Biometrics - October, 21

Date of EAD Letter- Nov 27

Ead card received dec 1

Applied for ssn dec 3

Ssn print out dec 4

Dmv dec 4 passed writing test and got my permit and applied for I.D

Dec 5 went to do behind the wheel test and passed .

Dec 9 got my ssn in the mail

Currently waiting for I.D and drivers license in the mail

I did my bio 2 weeks early . My brother did them 2 weeks after me and he still hasn't got approved ..

I was really surprised to see my application routed to California since some other Georgia DREAMers were routed to Texas. My biometrics appointment would have been today and I'm glad I went early since I wouldn't have had a ride. Anyone I could have asked is at work right now.

Ugh.... I know the wait is 4-6 months I just hope we dont have to wait the full 6 months.... Just my luck :/ I think its been like 34 business days sience my bios (oct.30)
