Tori 38 Posted April 12, 2015 Amazing. Congrats! My renewal packet was received on Nov 25th, bios on the Dec 22nd, EAD expired on April 9th. Called on the 10th and the USCIS level 2 officer was rude and terse. Pretty much what's expected from USCIS: terrible customer service. Regardless, on March 30th my case status for form i765 changed to "name updated" which many believe means a case is being reviewed. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Tori 38 Posted April 17, 2015 Approved on the16th! I was also a medicinal marijuana card holder in CA and it was no issue. Zoey84 5 Posted May 21, 2015 Congrats!!! I also got approved on the 19th of May. It feels good that I got approved. I was worried for awhile, being that I did my renewal on my own and didn't want to fork up $1,500 to the lawyer who originally did my initial application. I just couldn't believe that they would charge that much for a renewal, which wasn't hard at all to fill out, I'm just glad everything turned out ok. I sent my renewal in on 5/21/2015 Received receipt via text on 5/22/2015 Biometrics appt was on 6/16/2015 Approval for DACA/EAD on 7/22/2015 Now I'm just waiting for my stuff in the mail!
