dreams come true 0 Posted July 16, 2015 So I just got an update on my case and It says I was denied! I really don't know why, I don't have a criminal record at all. I've never even been to jail. Life can be so unfair sometimes. It's just not fair that our life's can change with an unfair decision like this. Like all my dreams and hopes just got shattered! When your denial letter arrives in the mail, it will list a reason why your application was denied. I know the application fee is hard to come by, but it's worth the investment. Are you a first time applicant or renewing your DACA? With a clean background check, it's likely that they felt like you didn't provide sufficient proof of having been in the US/continuous presence.
