thats the only reason why im worried about applying now an immigration lady told me that it doesnt matter if u dont apply right away it might matter to me but not immigration she said like u guys get it expunged and then apply

vik sorry im trying to find the article it was online his name was dale i think it said new hampshire n i just realized he said he got picked up 6 months after his dui conviction and that would b april coming up for me...my conv was in nov im thinking because that was the last of this so hopefully not but in may

or did he not have DACA at all, got a DUI then try to apply for DACA

yea he had it before this would have been his 3rd time applying for renewal when he got his dui then got denied similar to mine

This is the different scenarios  I see.

- For me I got denied DACA the first time because of an old DUI from 2007 before DACA existed.

I expunged my DUI then I got approved.

The post office lost my work permit, so I"m waiting to if I got my replacement card approved.

What can happen to me is try to renew it & get denied again regardless I was approved the first time. Then worry if ICE will come for me!!!

 

- Alex has DACA but got a DUI while on it. Now he trying for renewal with an expunged DUI.

if he is approved then there's a chance you and I can get approved again.

 

You must first pay all your fine & try to remove some how the hit & run or what not & expunge your DUI before you apply again.

Hey Vik iam positive that you would get your Employment card Replace because you were granted Deffered Action already. Also I know that in order to get your employment card you would need to be granted DACA first and than they process your Employment card. In your case you already been approved for DACA and i dont think of a reason for USCIS not process your card. 

You mention before that your friend was granted DACA with a expunge dui on his record and he was on the process of renewal how is that going for him? Has he send his renewal?

Jessica what did they tell the guy who was arrested by ICE he's getting deported?

 

Alex he send this renewal about a month ago so I"m assuming by July or so he will get an answer.

Hopefully great news im here for u alex lets keep believing no matter what happens god is walking with us. Even if they dont grant this we have to keep fighting they have to let us stay here we have been here for too long i have to fight this keep looking for answers ..i think i found my bright light u guys im just killing myself inside... Vik he reapplied after having it dropped hes waiting for a reply idk how he got it dropped he blew a.15 idk he had somewhat went viral had alot of ppl backing him up on that facebook page so if anything i want u guys to fight as much as i will for us cuz u guys will be on my mind forever after this...
