Hi guys I received my biometrics appointment in the mail is in two weeks. After that is going to be a long waiting process to hear back from USCIS. I am hoping for the best for everyone. 

Stay focus and positive and more inportant don't lose hope.

The policy has change since then.

 

Everyone is a priority now.

1) If you have an order of deportation

2)DUI,Domestic Violence etc.

3) Everyone else

exceptional circumstances hasnt been removed , and everyone was a priority then too stage one stage 2 stage 3 . just trying to help when i come across them im telling them all this like look at this n this n it said this n if it has changed well why ask ask ask push push push we know we deserve to be here we have to show how bad we want it n the more we know n the less they feel like we know the better ..i think

Hi everyone! All this situation is getting very stressful, but remember that faith is very important and if we are in this situation and we are good humans we will get out of this. I just hope that less people act racist. It has been almost 2 months since I did my biometrics and I know it will take a very long time. Let's do a pray each day for all and each one of us that are going through this difficult situation.       We must support each other.

Yes lory! Say it again!.... N whatever u guys do dont open the door no matter how much they keep insisting.. Ask for a warrant ..u got one? Slide it under thedoor or show it on the window. If not they have to leave... Unfortunately it says he was admitted gang member but denys they didnt pick up anybody else but him it wasnt a sweep something about gangs made his situation more difficult..and thats not the case for me nothing abouy gangs xoxo stay sharp u guys stay strong ask and you shall receive! I have met some really nice amd helpful ppl thru this and i begged god for and idk why all this is happening but everything does happen for a reason... God is marvelous in all his ways im just really blessed this stopped my behavior it save my life and someone elses and that night sucked but i didnt kill anybody and im so thankful for that

My work permit was approved again after being lost & it's being produced.

Good question on the SSN I asked an attorney she said that's really up to your employer. I don't know the penalties for using your SSN when your permit has expired

Yea i was told the same thing but they get fined i think cuz they have to send ur renew paperwork info too and thats what im sayinh .. what am i hiding..i cant even work w that without having it renew big ol words saying must have permit.  No i haven't expunged im trying to talk to someone about that i have a three yr probation n i haven'tpaid all fines n it happened in 2015 ... im going to send it

Either way we're going to end up in a courtroom i think. cuz its a misdemeanor period u cant have misdemeanors for daca . Cutting corners is what i think ill be doing wit it being expunged cuz i havent paid all my fines or finished school.. n its not even promised yet that it will yet...i still have hope...
