alex007 1 Posted September 2, 2017 Hi everyone, I called the 1800 number and I spoke to a clerk. I explain to her that it has been over 170 days since they recieved my application. She open a request and inform me that with in 30 days they should notify me with an update regarding my case. I will keep you guys updated Stay strong and hoping for the best outcome. BMD 1 Posted September 4, 2017 I qualified for DACA with an expunged DUI. I went through an attorney because I was also afraid of being referred to ICE. After I received DACA, I acquired legal entry by traveling with Advance Parole. I then applied to Adjust Status through my husband. Thankfully everything worked out and I just received permanent residency.
