I'm getting to the breaking point. I keep counting the days the minutes

I religiously check my mailbox hoping I'll find that stupid envelope. I feel like my life is slipping away and all I'm doing is trying to hold onto a fleeting thought. I mean I qualify but theres always a what if? What if they lost my papers? What if there's suddenly a law that discontinues the program? I'm on spring break so I dont have anything to distract myself with. I think I might even be slipping into a tiny bit of depression. Sometimes I don't want to even get out of bed. Whats the point? The only country I know hates me. My home want to kick me out and I cant do anything. I can't get a good job, go to college or travel which is something I have been planning for my entire life. Will I ever get to see the Effie tower? Will I ever get to see Mexico, Australia, Africa? Am I domed to die in this small shitty town I live in?

You should call them to find out if they even received your packet or if they sent you the biometrics appointment and was lost in the mail. If you sent a personal check you can check with the bank if it was cashed and they can give you a copy of the check from both sides so that you can get your receipt number that USCIS would have written on the back when cashed.
