MK2Lalo 5 Posted September 3, 2015 I had a question about form i765 ws, I haven't found any information on the interwebs about a situation exactly like mine. So right now i'm currently working with a false SS#, & I'm making about 35k+ a year. I'm trying to apply for the Daca, it's been in the back of my mind since it first started I'm just scared of not getting approved. My co worker just recieved his SS number, and what he put was that he made no income at all. When in all reality he makes the same as me. Is it better to lie or just tell the truth when it comes to I765 WS. Do they check anything when it comes to that form. I've also filed taxes idk if that makes a difference. Theresa 63 Posted September 3, 2015 Don't worry about the "working with a fake ssn" thing. Everyone did before DACA. Just answer no on the question about that is asking if you have been given one and don't put in any fake number. As for the I765ws put down your annual gross, assets and expenses. It doesn't matter if you make 35k or 100k. Explain how you need DACA to be able to keep your job and that without EAD you are at high risk to loose your job. Also explain that you are responsible for your own expenses and support and/or that your family relies on your financial support etc. it's really ok to tell the TRUTH. Experts do recommend that you don't send any documents that have the ssn but check stubs and other stuff only have the last four digits. You could always x them out or blur
