cristian2014 0 Posted October 15, 2015 Hi, can a class b misdemeanor (possession of marijuana < 2oz) affect you from being able to renew your DACA or even revoke your current deferred action? I am a student at a university and work. Also, this has been my very first crime. This took place in Texas.
