Tamez1988 0 Posted December 1, 2015 I've been waiting over 3yrs for my deferred action papers. I finally got a letter and it was an RFE. Sent the evidence they asked for on July 22 2015 and still waiting for an answer. It's been over 3yrs waiting for an answer & now over 4 months for an answer on my RFE. I'm ready to give up.. Theresa 63 Posted December 12, 2015 Yes, this has happened to people close to me but they eventually got their paperwork. Please don't give up, this is something that you have been waiting for your whole life so don't give up now. Getting DACA is the next best thing to voting for us because together as a whole shows them how many innocent lives need immigration reform. Only half amount of people applied from expected to apply.
