perlag 0 Posted July 23, 2012 Hi!.. well first my question is that if someone graduated from high school, got his high school diploma, waited about 4 years to go back to school. (he just registered fo college); but he has 3 traffict tickets one from when he was 13 years old, two that are from last year and this year (one paid, the other one still paying) would he qualify? Admin 174 Posted July 24, 2012 That is a difficult sictuation because its been so long. I would assume that the older ones would have expired by now. Check and see if they count as a misdomeaner and let us know so we can help a bit more. I would also consult with a lawyer and get to the bottom of this right away.
