pswa83 302 Posted October 7, 2012 Hunninutz, I would try to apply for a DL in aZ first. No where on your EAD or sSN will it say that you were approved for DACA. So how are they going to know if you are DACA approved or if you have an EAD or SSN through another process. In order to apply for a DL in CA or NV, you will need to have a physical address in that state in order to apply for one Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
JoseG 383 Posted October 7, 2012 Actually, I believe the EAD will have "C33" under "Category" so the DMV will be able to see that you are DACA approved and therefore be ineligible for a DL or ID in Arizona.
