Newb0101 1 Posted March 15, 2016 I sent out two forms I think this is the daca one "we terminated your Form I-821D, Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals" - This means I got rejected right? But the other job form says "Case Was Received and A receipt Notice Was Emailed" If my DACA got denied then this one will get denied too right? Am I able to re apply once I get my packet back? You first need deferred action before getting a work authorization card. What you have to see is if you get a letter in the mail and read carefully what it says. Have you gotten an RFE? Strange, I did look it up as well, and didn't find anything about it either.
