California Ab-60 Driver License Question

Hello,

 

I will be moving to California in July to take advantage of the AB-60 driver license. I have been leaving in Florida for the past 25 years and used to have a driver license but since the new law I have not been able to renew my license and it expired in 2014.

 

I'm planing to get my license in July and I have already make the appointment, my question is can I take both the written test and the behind the wheel test on the same visit (In Florida you can do both test on the same visit). I have read that in CA you may have to wait up to 6 month before passing the driving test.

 

If anyone has any experience in that matter I would like to get in touch with you (via this forum).

I know some people that have moved from other states and they only have to take the written test to obtain California's
