Wow, Straight Up Bs, Cheated Out Of 1 Year

Backstory:

Permit expired June 2015

Only 1 of my cases was approved August 2015

 

So I keep emailing them back and forth and they keep telling me to wait.  Last time I emailed them they said that they had already sent my case to a records facility and that they were going to request it to be sent back to them.  All I recieved was "sorry for the inconvenience"

 

So finally my second case was approved May 2016 (almost a year later) and I finally received my card.  

 

But this is kind of f*cked up because instead of getting my permit for 2 years after my second case was approved, it shows that my card expires next year , which they basically cheated me out of 1 year all because of a mistake on their part.

 

That's messed up because I was let go from work.

Best thing to do is contact  your lawyer if you used one.
