alexandra 0 Posted June 20, 2016 Hello everyone! My DACA expires on November 11th, 2016 so I'm currently in the 150-120 day window meant for reapplication. I wanted to fill out my forms already but noticed the most current I-821D form expires ten days from today, on June 30th. Do I use this version of the form anyway or should I wait until after the 30th for the updated application? Do you think the form will be updated promptly or am I just putting myself at risk by waiting? I'm just highly confused seeing as USCIS states "Use the most recent version of Form I-821D on our website or USCIS will reject your form" and my only option right now is to use a form that will have expired by the time anybody reviews my case. ViK 7 Posted June 22, 2016 If you send them before they expired you should be fine. That's if you send them next day air it's around 20$
Nitrotix 0 Posted August 2, 2016 I also have this problem, but I received my 150-120 day window after that June 30th expiration for the i-821d Form. Will they still take the form if it is the most recent form provided on the website. Should I call them and tell them to update it? Please let me know, as I have to send it in as soon as possible.
