Bertnd94 0 Posted August 23, 2016 Hello, I am currently registering for DACA and upon registering there are questions about taxes and how much my parents pay , etc. I currently live with my mom and siblings (my father passed away a few years ago) , but my mom hasn't filed for taxes. The only members of my family who do our taxes are my grandparents. There is a warning that states that I cannot write false statements because there could be consequences. Would I get in trouble if I list my grandparents as my parents? They ARE my legal guardians after all. Please if someone could answer that would help a lot. Thank you.
